Session Fees
- 50% of the booked session fees will be required at the time of booking. Payment of the remaining 50% will be due at the beginning of the session date.
- If you are in applying for a HAF place please use the discount code HAF at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made via direct debit, cash or bacs transfer. Please make sure you obtain a receipt from the manager should you require one for accounting purposes.
- Payments can also be made by via several childcare voucher schemes and the government tax free service. Please ask for further details.
- If you have requested additional sessions or have been unable to collect your child by the official collection time and we have a result provided you with additional childcare facilities, we will charge you for additional childcare in arrears.
- If you fail to make payment in full by the due date we will enforce an interest charge of 5% of your outstanding bill and an admin charge of £50 will be added.
- No refund will be given for periods where your child’s place is unfilled due to illness.
- If you are late in picking up your child and you have not notified/telephoned the nursery to give prior notice than a late charge will be added to your invoice.
- We will suspend all services provided if
- You have failed to pay your holiday club fees by the due date.
- Your child’s behaviour is deemed by us to be unacceptable or endangers the safety and wellbeing of the other children at the Fun Hub
Medication
- If your child requires any medication either prescription or non-prescription you will need to complete a medication form in full before a staff member can administer
- Emergency Paracetamol – if your child needs us to administer paracetamol due to a temperature of 37.8 or above then we will contact you and request your child be collected from the club as soon as possible. Please ensure you notify staff if you have given your child Calpol prior to arriving for a nursery session.
- Antibiotics – if your child is prescribed antibiotics for any reason, they will not be able to attend the club for the first 24 hours after the first dose. This is due to the possibility of any reactions that could happen after administering, after this 24 hour period your child can return to setting as normal. If your child has had the same antibiotics before and they are administered again the same rule will apply.
- If your child is suffering from any contagious disease please inform the club immediately. Staff will ensure you are given guidance on the exclusion periods in order to protect other children in the club.
Attendance / Collection of your child
- We ask that you inform us as to the identity of the person/s who will be collecting your child from the club. If the person collecting your child is not usually responsible for collecting them we will require proof of identity and a password before we release your child into their care. If we are not reasonably satisfied that an individual is allowed to collect, we will not release your child into their care. Please note that it must be a responsible adult collecting your child i.e. over the age of 17 yrs.
- Immediately inform us if you are unable to collect your child from the club by your agreed contracted collection time; If you have not phoned to give us prior notice then a late charge will be added to your invoice.
- If you know your child will not be attending a booked session for any reason then please let us know the dates as soon as possible.
General terms and conditions
- Please inform us immediately of any changes to your contact details
- We have an obligation to report any instances where we consider that a child may have been neglected or abused to the relevant authorities. We may do so without your consent and without informing you.
- If we should need to close the club due to circumstances out of our control, we shall be under no obligation to provide alternative childcare facilities to you.
- Should you have any concerns regarding the services we provide, please discuss these with the Fun Hub manager. If you feel these concerns have not been resolved to your satisfaction, please contact the company directors.
- Please don’t encourage your child to bring their own toys from home into the club. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to those toys.
